Duke Kroeger & Company - Negotiates the Sale of 68,322 SF Warehouse Building

Craig Duke & Cory Kroeger negotiated the sale of a 68,322 SF warehouse located at 7491 Brokerage drive in Orlando Central Park.

The buyer was Crown Linen. The Seller was Charles Frazee.
Crown Linen will be operating a commercial laundry operation at the location.

Crown linen currently has operations in Miami and Tampa. The company plans to hire in excess of 50 employees for the new Orlando operation.
