Cory Kroeger is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. He has a background in commercial construction management. For the past 11 years Cory has specialized in office/industrial development and acquisitions.
With over 26 years experience in the
Central Florida Industrial Real Estate market, Craig has negotiated over 475 industrial sales and lease transactions. He was recognized
as a top Industrial producer with Duke Properties of Orlando, Inc. in 1995 and 2000 by the CFCRES. In 2003, 2004 and 2005 he was a
recipient of The International Presidents Circle Award given by Coldwell Bankder Commercial NRT recognizing his performance in the
top five percent of agents internationally. He is an active member of the Mid Florida Economic Commission and The Central Florida
Commercial Real Estate Society.
Greg Rebman, SIOR, CCIM, Corporate/Industrial Specialist, joined Rebman Properties, Inc. in 1991. Since that time, Greg has become one of the top agents in the industrial brokerage community specializing in tenant representation and building sales and leasing. Greg received Hallmark Awards as the #3 Industrial Producer in Orlando in 1996 and again in 2003. He was awarded #1 in Industrial transactions by CCIM in 1997 for the Central Florida District. He was nominated in 1997 by NAIOP for Industrial Broker of the Year.
Greg attended the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and Western Michigan University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
