Cory Kroeger is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. He has a background in commercial construction management. For the past five years Cory has specialized in office/industrial development and acquisitions.

With over 20 years experience in the
Central Florida Industrial Real Estate market, Craig has negotiated over 475 industrial sales and lease transactions. He was recognized
as a top Industrial producer with Duke Properties of Orlando, Inc. in 1995 and 2000 by the CFCRES. In 2003, 2004 and 2005 he was a
recipient of The International Presidents Circle Award given by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT recognizing his performance in the
top five percent of agents internationally. He is an active member of the Mid Florida Economic Commission and The Central Florida
Commercial Real Estate Society.

Allison Reynolds joined the
commercial brokerage team of Duke Kroeger and Co. in May of 2009. Ms. Reynolds has specialized in industrial sales and leasing throughout
her ten year career and represents local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining Duke Kroeger, she was employed as an industrial
broker with Cushman & Wakefield. Having completed over 200 transactions totaling over $75 million in value, she is a recognized leader
within the Central Florida real estate community.

Wendy Rodriguez currently specializes in the sales and leasing
of office and industrial properties. Ms. Rodriguez has been a licensed real estate sales associate for over five years with a bachelor's degree
from Barry University and is currently working toward her CCIM designation. As a native Floridian and Orlando are resident since 1991, Ms.
Rodriguez possesses valuable knowledge of the area and the real estate industry.
